First Visit

We wish to create the most comfortable experience and environment for each of our new patients. To ensure that you are seen as quickly as possible during your initial visit, we ask that each patient complete the online patient registration prior to their appointment.

If you are unable to complete this online form, please call our office to request a paper copy be sent (or faxed) to you.

In preparing for your first visit, please be sure to bring all pertinent dental and medical insurance cards along with any x-rays or referral slips given to you by your referring dentist or physician. This guarantees the most accurate estimate of your insurance coverage as it relates to the treatment plan developed for you by Dr. Arcan. If you are taking medications on a regular basis, please be sure to bring a written list of such, along with a list of known allergies.

During this first visit, Dr. Arcan will perform an evaluation of your oral surgery needs and review any pertinent medical conditions. The doctor will go over recommendations and discuss treatment options. This initial consultation visit is very important to your treatment, as it allows Dr. Arcan to adequately customize your treatment and answer any questions you may have, as well as confer with your referring practitioner prior to your actual treatment.
